Which countries can Visa Haven help with?
All of them, for business and tourist travel on an Indian passport. If your destination offers an e-Visa or visa on arrival, we'll tell you, so you don't pay for more than you need.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No agency can. The embassy makes the decision. What we guarantee is a complete, consistent, well-presented file, which avoids the most common reasons for refusal.
How early should I apply?
As soon as your dates are roughly fixed. Schengen visas can be applied for up to six months ahead, and US interview waits can be long. We'll tell you the current timeline for your destination.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Most of the work happens on WhatsApp, phone and email. You may still need to attend a visa centre for biometrics or an interview, depending on the country.
How much does it cost?
Two parts: the government visa fee set by the destination country, and our service fee for the work we do. You get both in writing before we start.
I was refused before. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the refusal letter. We'll go through the reasons, strengthen the weak points and advise when to reapply.
Talk to a visa expert
Send your destination and dates. We reply with the visa type, document list and total fees, usually the same day.
